Thank you for choosing The Yellow Bamboo Resort & Spa for your holiday booking. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below.

• Cancellations made on or before 20days of booking, are eligible for a 40% refund.
• Cancellations made beyond the 15 days window of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.
• Any cancellation request received 15 days prior to check-in, there will be no refund but bookings can be amended as per the requirement (Subject to availability)
• Note: Booking cannot be amended for the peak seasons

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-8 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

• Changing of dates is subject to availability. If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
• Changes to dates may result in additional charges or refunds depending on the new booking details.

• An advance payment is required to secure your reservation.
• In the event of a cancellation within the stipulated time frame, the advance payment will be forfeited.
• No-shows and cancellations beyond the allowed time frame will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events that make it impossible for you to stay, The Yellow Bamboo Resort & Spa reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide a full refund.
